Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information AIFO ("the Service", provided by W Labs) accesses and how it is used. By signing in with Google, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we access
AIFO accesses:
- Your basic Google account profile (name, email address, profile photo) for sign-in.
- Gmail messages via a gmail.readonly (read-only) connection you explicitly authorize — used only to identify and read billing/receipt emails from SaaS vendors.
- Any bank or card statement files you manually upload for import.
- Information you enter directly into AIFO (e.g. vendor names, notes, seat assignments).
2. How we use it
Information is used solely to build and maintain your own (or your organization's) subscription and expense ledger: extracting structured fields from receipts (vendor, amount, billing cycle, renewal date), matching them to a ledger entry, and surfacing potential savings. Some extraction steps are performed by an AI model (either a W Labs self-hosted model or a third-party AI provider acting as our processor) solely to read structured fields out of a receipt's text — that content is not used to train any AI provider's general models, and is not used for advertising.
AIFO's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. What we don't do
We do not sell your data. We do not use Gmail content for advertising or for any purpose unrelated to the subscription-tracking feature described above. We do not share your data with third parties except the service providers strictly necessary to operate AIFO (e.g. hosting, database, and the AI extraction step described above), each under confidentiality obligations.
4. Data retention and deletion
You can export your data or request deletion at any time from Settings → Privacy Center inside AIFO. Disconnecting your mailbox there immediately revokes AIFO's access to it.
5. Revoking access
You can revoke AIFO's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page, in addition to disconnecting it inside AIFO.
6. Security
Access to AIFO is restricted to authorized accounts, and data is stored on infrastructure access-controlled to your organization's workspace.
7. Children's privacy
AIFO is a workplace tool and is not directed at or intended for children.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of AIFO after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
9. Contact
Questions about this Policy can be sent to your W Labs administrator.
