Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AIFO ("the Service"), provided by W Labs ("we", "us"). By signing in and using AIFO, you agree to these Terms.

1. What AIFO does

AIFO helps you track and manage recurring SaaS subscriptions and expenses. It builds a ledger from receipt emails (read via a read-only Gmail connection you authorize), manually imported bank/card statement files, and information you enter directly, then surfaces potential savings and lets you record and verify them.

2. Accounts and access

Access to AIFO is restricted to authorized Google accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for any activity under your AIFO account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use AIFO only for its intended purpose of managing your own (or your organization's) subscriptions and expenses, and not to misuse, attempt to disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.

4. Your data

Our Privacy Policy describes what information AIFO accesses, how it is used, and how you can revoke access or request deletion at any time.

5. No warranty

AIFO is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Savings estimates and AI-drafted content (e.g. suggested categorizations or evidence summaries) are decision-support only — always verify important figures against the underlying receipt or statement before acting on them.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, W Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AIFO.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of AIFO after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
